Council Passed Community Planning Permit By-law on July 25, 2022

We are pleased to report that Town of Huntsville Council passed the Town of Huntsville Community Planning Permit (CPP) By-law (By-law 2022-97) on July 25, 2022!!!

The Notice of Passage for this By-law, and the CPP By-law itself (By-law 2022-97) can be viewed on this page.

When in force and effect, the CPP By-law will implement the policies of the Town's Official Plan through a Community Planning Permit System and address zoning amendments, minor variances and site plan agreements under one application. The By-law is general in nature and applies to all lands within the Town of Huntsville.
