The Town of Huntsville is designing a Customer Service Strategy and we need your feedback! Help us, help you better by taking the Customer Service Feedback Survey so we can develop the strategy to help you best.

During the kickoff week of August 26th – August 30th, our Customer Service team will be at Town Hall, Canada Summit Centre, Huntsville Public Library and various town events and locations to receive your feedback in person. If you can’t make it out this week, don’t fret, you can take the survey online until September 16th or drop in at one of our facilities' Customer Service counters.
